Ship's Crew
NPC Crew Members
| [Cook - Human Male - Tim] | An older man and a bit on the overweight side. As with most cooks he answers only to the call of "Cook" or "Cookie" In fact he has never given his real name to any member of the crew except mumbling it upon direct order. He cooks well and seems to enjoy it, governing himself well and seems to be decently respected by the men. He does his job well as long as he is left to himself. He usually wears normal clothes and an apron. Most of the time he is armed with a large meat cleaver. |
| [Rigger - Half Elf Male - Sirak] | A good looking male who's looks come mostly from his elf blood. He is quiet most of the time, yet by no means shy. Basically only speaks when he has something important to say, or when coming to someone's defense. He will not back down from a fight, but doesn't not go looking for them. He is skilled with daggers and can throw them with good accuracy. He wears studded leather when in combat. He has showed and interest in Roku's description of Brahma. |
| [Weaponeer - Dwarf Male - Bornic] | A tough dwarf who knows his weapons well. Sometimes has "short man syndrome" and seems to have something to prove. He usually runs the catapult, and a friendly rivalry has grown between Bornic and Rieth on who can fire their weapons the fastest and cause the most damage to their targets. He does tend to drink a lot and when not telling tales of dwarf rocks he has served on in the past, he is trying to convince the Quartermaster hat he needs a double spirit ration because he can drink far more then these humans. In battle he wears a suit of chainmail and wields an Axe. |
| [Weaponeer - Human Male - Rieth] | A dark skinned human. Has good muscle tone and a bald head. He seems to take pleasure in winding the Dwarf up with snide comments and out right challenges to his work. Probably not a bad bone in his body, as none of his comments are from malice or spite, he just enjoys poking the Dwarfs buttons. His ultimate goal is to make smoke actually come from Bornic's ears. But when the day is over, they both sit at the same table, swapping stories and drinking. He usually has a Mace hanging from his belt and wears Ringmail when in combat. |
| [Skilled Sailor - Human Male - Glaowin] | Every batch has to have a rotten Egg or a bad apple, and this one is it. A mountain of a man, standing close to 7 feet tall. He seems to be made of nothing but muscle. Obviously not the brightest of people, navigation and anything dealing with numbers being beyond him. But he makes a good sailor, able to do the work of 2 men easy, and three if pushed. However most of the other sailors seem intimidated by him, something Glaowin enjoys and uses to his advantage often. Glaowin does not own a weapon, but most anything in his large hands becomes a smashing club. He wears leather in poor repair and has a large wooden shield. |
| [Skilled Sailor - Human Male - Adrakekith] | A younger man with brown hair and brown eyes, you would put him to be around 20 years old at the most, probably younger. A slight stubble of hair covers his chin most of the time. He has a striking resemblance to Adrabwyn. In fact it turns out that they are brothers. His weapon of choice is a longbow he brought on board with him and he wears leathers. |
| [Skilled Sailor - Human Male - Adrabwyn] | Adrakekith's brother, he looks similar in most ways down to the longbow he also uses in combat. Their leather armor looks like it was cut from the same cow, but both boys seem nice and willing to work. Adrabwyn is commonly bugging the Cook for the feathers from the few chickens on board to repair his arrows with |
| [Skilled Sailor - Human Male - Yabkin] | If there is such thing as a sailor nerd, this would be him. He has short blond hair and seems to be on the skinny side. He is mostly quiet, keeping to himself when possible, and never really speaking up when in groups. When not on duty, he finds an out of the way place to sit down and writes all day long in a small leather bound journal with a charcoal pencil. The only time he has ever spoken out was to volunteer to take the crows nest when on shift, apparently enjoying the solitude. However the way he squints at his journal makes you suspect the quality of his eye sight. |
| [Skilled Sailor - Half Elf Male - Tirland] | A friendly man, willing to talk and also to listen. He seems to get along with just about anyone and has a good general knowledge or the world around him. If you did not know better, you might mistake him for a Ranger. He commonly wears his studded leather armor, and wields a long sword well in combat, backing it up with a short sword in his off hand. |
| [Skilled Sailor - Elf Male - Lotheri] | The lone full elf in the crew, he looks young, but with Elf's is hard to place an age by sight alone. He seems to think a bit more of himself then his crewmate companions, sometimes reacting to them with a look of disdain to downright disgust. He is a capable sailor, and follows orders, but obviously dislikes the menial tasks like scrubbing the deck, instead positioning himself in a location to trim sails or perform lookout. He wears good quality leather and also wields a longbow when in combat. |
